about Hannah’s background

Do you ever feel like food, exercise, or body image are taking over your life? Or like no matter what you do, it’s never “enough”? I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating eating disorders, body image struggles, and the pressure to be perfect. We’ll focus on helping you build freedom around food and movement, while also exploring the deeper emotions and experiences that may be driving your eating disorder.

I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University in 2022. I have experience working in various levels of care such as Residential Treatment and Partial Hospitalization for those struggling with eating disorders and needing more support.

about me

I use EMDR therapy to help process painful memories and the critical beliefs that often fuel disordered eating. EMDR can be especially powerful in shifting those old patterns and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and various other approaches to make sure your therapy is tailored to you.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in recovery, overwhelmed by anxiety and perfectionism, or just ready to find a healthier relationship with yourself, I’ll meet you exactly where you are!

“Nooshin literally saved my life. She is an incredible therapist who cares deeply for her clients. She never lost faith in me, even when I was at my lowest. Nooshin is the perfect balance of candid and kind.”
